Complaints and Returns
We care about your satisfaction with our premium dates. However, if a situation arises where you need to complain about or return a product, we have prepared clear instructions for you on how to proceed.
How to Complain about Goods?
If you have received damaged or incorrect goods, please send us a complaint request by email to sales@datlex.cz. In the message, please include:
- Your name, surname, and contact details
- Order number (found in the confirmation email)
- Description of the product defect
- A photo of the defect, if possible
We will review your request within 3 business days and propose a solution (product replacement, refund, or other compensation).
Returning Goods Without Stating a Reason
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you can return the purchased dates within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The product must be unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
You can notify us of the return of goods by email to sales@datlex.cz. Then send the goods to the address:
