What makes Sukkari Galaxy special?
Rich sweetness: An intense honey-caramel flavour that Sukkari dates are famous for. Their natural sweetness comes from a naturally high content of glucose and fructose, making them a great energy boost without added sugar.
Silky texture: Sukkari Galaxy are known for an ultra-soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Compared to many other varieties, they feel gentle and pleasantly juicy in every bite.
Top-grade selection: “Galaxy” represents the highest quality category within Sukkari dates. Each piece is carefully selected and harvested at optimal maturity for consistent taste and a smooth, creamy mouthfeel.
Naturally rich in nutrients: A natural source of essential vitamins and minerals – especially potassium, magnesium, iron and zinc. Thanks to their fibre content, they support digestion and provide longer-lasting energy.
Versatile use: Perfect as a healthy snack, a natural sweetener for smoothies and desserts, or as an ingredient in your favourite recipes. Their sweetness pairs beautifully with Arabic coffee or a strong espresso. Great for baking, oatmeal, or homemade energy bars.
Origin: Al-Qassim: These dates come from the renowned Al-Qassim region in Saudi Arabia, where hot desert sun and mineral-rich soils create ideal conditions for growing top-quality fruits. Every date reflects traditional cultivation passed down through generations.

Product origin: The heart of Arabian tradition in Al-Qassim
These Sukkari Galaxy dates come from fertile oases in the Al-Qassim region of central Saudi Arabia. This area is globally known as the “date garden” and home to more than 8 million palm trees. It is exactly here where the highest grade of Sukkari is grown – Galaxy, the absolute top among all Sukkari categories.
Why is Al-Qassim so special?
Ideal microclimate: A unique combination of intense desert sun and rich underground water sources creates perfect ripening conditions. That’s why Sukkari Galaxy develop their characteristic golden colour, silky texture and clean honey-caramel sweetness.
Generational craftsmanship: Our dates come from farms with long traditions, where cultivation is more than an industry – it’s a craft. Each Galaxy-grade date is the result of patient care, hand harvesting and strict selection standards.
Home of the world-famous date festival: Al-Qassim hosts the Buraidah Date Festival, one of the world’s biggest date markets. Sukkari Galaxy are among the most sought-after varieties thanks to their consistent quality and outstanding flavour.
The highest Sukkari grade: Galaxy is not just “regular Sukkari” – it’s the premium tier with the softest texture and richest taste. Harvest timing and selection require experience and precision that only top growers in Al-Qassim can deliver.

Important notice: Pit and safety
• Natural state with a pit: Dates are delivered in their authentic, unprocessed form and each fruit contains one pit. Thanks to the soft texture, the pit can be removed easily with fingers or with a small cut.
• Children and safety: When serving dates to children, please be extra careful. Always remove the pit yourself before consumption. For small children, it’s safer to cut the date lengthwise, check the pit is removed, and then slice into smaller pieces.
Storage and shelf life: How to keep freshness without chemicals
Our dates are a purely natural product with no chemical treatment or preservatives. To keep the best taste and texture, we recommend:
• After delivery: Transfer dates into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
• Best freshness in the fridge: At +5 to +7 °C, they stay in excellent condition for at least 3 months.
• Odour protection: Dates easily absorb surrounding aromas. Airtight storage keeps their natural scent and flavour intact.
• Long-term storage (up to 1 year): You can safely freeze the dates. At -18 to -20 °C, they remain in great condition for 12 months.
• Serving culture: For everyday use, serve dates in a beautiful glass jar with a lid. It looks elegant and helps prevent moisture loss, keeping each bite juicy and delicious.
