• Children and safety: When serving dates to children, we recommend extra caution. Always remove the pit yourself before serving. For small children, it’s safer to cut the fruit lengthwise to ensure the pit is gone, then slice into smaller bites.
Storage and shelf life: how to keep freshness without chemicals

• After delivery: Once you receive your order, transfer the dates into an airtight container and place them in the refrigerator.
• Best freshness in the fridge: After delivery, move the dates into an airtight container right away. In the fridge at +5 to +7 °C they stay in perfect condition for at least 3 months.
