What makes Sukkari Galaxy special?
Rich sweetness: An intense honey-caramel taste that Sukkari dates are famous for. Their natural sweetness comes from a high content of glucose and fructose, making them a perfect natural energy source with no added sugar.
Silky texture: Sukkari Galaxy stand out for their ultra-soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Compared to other varieties, these dates are golden and gently juicy for a truly satisfying bite.
Top-grade quality: Galaxy is the highest quality category among Sukkari dates. Each fruit is carefully selected and hand-harvested at the ideal ripeness to ensure consistent flavor and a silky texture.
Nutrient-rich: Naturally rich in essential vitamins and minerals—especially potassium, magnesium, iron, and zinc. Thanks to their fiber content, they support digestion and provide long-lasting energy without a sharp blood sugar spike.
Versatile use: Ideal as a healthy snack, a natural sweetener for smoothies and desserts, or as part of your favorite recipes. Their gentle sweetness pairs beautifully with Arabic coffee or a strong espresso. Also great for baking, oatmeal, or homemade energy bars.
Origin: Al-Qassim: These dates come from the renowned Al-Qassim region in Saudi Arabia, where the ideal microclimate—hot desert sun and mineral-rich soils—creates perfect conditions for premium fruit. Each date reflects centuries of traditional farming passed down through generations.

Product origin: The heart of Arabic tradition in Al-Qassim
These Sukkari Galaxy dates come from the fertile oases of Al-Qassim in central Saudi Arabia. The region is world-famous as the “garden of dates” and home to over 8 million palm trees. This is where the highest grade of Sukkari—Galaxy—is grown, representing the absolute top among all Sukkari dates.
Why is Al-Qassim so special?
Ideal microclimate: A unique combination of hot desert sun and abundant underground springs creates perfect ripening conditions. This is why Sukkari Galaxy have their signature golden color, silky texture, and clean honey-caramel flavor loved across the Middle East.
Generational heritage: Our dates come from farms with a long tradition, where cultivation is not just an industry but a craft passed down through generations. Each Galaxy-grade fruit is the result of patient care, hand harvesting, and strict selection of only the best pieces.
Home of the world’s most famous date festival: Al-Qassim hosts the largest date festival in the world—Buraidah Date Festival—where over 300,000 tons of dates are sold each year. At the prestigious markets and auctions, Sukkari Galaxy are among the most sought-after varieties for their exceptional taste and consistent quality.
The highest Sukkari grade: Galaxy isn’t just “regular” Sukkari—it’s the top quality tier with the most delicate texture and richest flavor. These fruits are harvested at the optimal ripeness, when sweetness and juiciness are perfectly balanced—something only the best growers in Al-Qassim can deliver.

Important notice: pit and safety
• Naturally with a pit: The dates are delivered in their authentic, unprocessed form, and each fruit contains one pit. Thanks to the soft texture, the pit can be removed easily with your fingers or by a gentle cut.
• Children and safety: When serving dates to children, take extra care. Always remove the pit before eating. For small children, it’s safer to split the date lengthwise, ensure the pit is removed, and then cut into smaller pieces.
Storage and shelf life: how to keep freshness naturally
Our dates are 100% natural, with no chemical treatment or preservatives. To keep the best taste and texture, we recommend:
• After delivery: Transfer the dates into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
• Best freshness in the fridge: At +5 to +7 °C, they stay in excellent condition for at least 3 months.
• Odor protection: Dates absorb surrounding aromas easily. An airtight container is essential to prevent unwanted smells.
• Long-term storage (up to 1 year): You can safely freeze the dates. At -18 to -20 °C, they remain in great condition for 12 months.
• Serving culture: For everyday use, serving dates in a glass jar with a lid looks elegant and helps prevent moisture loss.
