Premium 3-Variety Mix: Discover the True Diversity of Dates
(Medjool Rutab + Saggai Rutab + Sukkari Mufattal)
Who is this mix for?
• For the curious who only know standard supermarket dates and have no idea how huge the differences between varieties can be
• As a tasting set – the ideal way to compare three completely different profiles and find your favorite before buying a larger pack
• As a luxury gift for lovers of gastronomy, coffee, or healthy sweets – an elegant and original choice instead of the usual chocolates
• For those who can’t decide between several varieties and want to try them all at once
What does this mix offer?
Three completely different worlds in one pack – from royal juiciness, through a sophisticated play of textures, to golden everyday versatility.
1. Medjool Rutab – the “King of Dates” in its juiciest form
• What it is: Harvested at the Rutab stage (up to 45% moisture) – fruits can be up to 3× juicier than common store-bought Medjool
• Texture: Extra soft, creamy, melts on the tongue
• Flavor: Rich and full, with notes of raisins and plums, without any burnt-sugar bitterness
• Why it’s special: Most producers skip Rutab due to demanding cold logistics – Rutab Medjool is extremely rare in Europe
• Ideal for: Anyone who wants maximum juiciness and an intense experience
2. Saggai Rutab – textures that will surprise you
• What it is: A two-tone fruit with a fascinating contrast – a firmer outer layer with warm brown-sugar notes and a soft, tender interior
• Uniqueness: Two textures in one bite – you start with caramelized sweetness and finish with a moist softness
• Flavor: Moderately sweet, refined – a perfect match for espresso or Arabic coffee
• Why it’s special: In Saudi Arabia it’s a symbol of luxury at weddings and engagements; at special auctions it can reach prices up to 200 EUR/kg
• Ideal for: Gourmets who appreciate complexity and elegance rather than simple sweetness
3. Sukkari Mufattal – golden, practical versatility
• What it is: A traditional “Mufattal” process (natural drying) creates a firmer structure than the very soft Galaxy version
• Texture: Golden fruits that aren’t sticky, hold their shape and are easy to handle – the first bite feels like a confection
• Practicality: Doesn’t stick to fingers, easy to slice, perfect for stuffing or desserts
• Why it’s special: The ideal balance of juiciness and structure – for those who find very soft dates too sticky
• Ideal for: Everyday snacking, cooking/baking, active lifestyles

Product origin: The heart of Arab tradition in the Al-Qassim oases
This curated collection brings the best of central Saudi Arabia. The Al-Qassim region, famous worldwide as the “garden of dates”, is home to more than 8 million palm trees. From here come the three exceptional varieties in this pack: royal Medjool with a silky taste, golden Sukkari Mufattal with a gentle structure, and rare Saggai with its fascinating texture contrast. All are grown with maximum respect for tradition, not as a mass commercial product.
Why is a selection from Al-Qassim so special?
• Three personalities, one microclimate: A unique combination of hot desert sun and rich underground springs creates conditions found nowhere else. Each variety gets its own signature profile – from Medjool’s deep sweetness, through Sukkari’s gentle melt-in-the-mouth feel, to Saggai’s noble fruity notes.
• Generational heritage & hand work: The dates come from family farms where cultivation is a craft passed down for centuries. Every fruit in this mix is the result of patient care, hand harvesting and strict selection of the best pieces.
• Home of the world’s largest date festival: Al-Qassim hosts the famous Buraidah Date Festival. This mix includes varieties highly valued by local connoisseurs at prestigious auctions for their authenticity and exceptional quality.
• Absolute freshness without chemicals: All three varieties are harvested at optimal ripeness and handled to preserve natural juiciness and nutritional value. No chemical treatment and no syrup polishing – their shine and honeyed taste are purely natural.
This collection is ideal for anyone who wants to explore the diversity of Arabian oasis flavors in one pack – or as a standout gift for lovers of truly authentic delicacies.

Important notice: pit and safety
• Natural with pit: Dates are delivered in their authentic, unprocessed form and each fruit contains one pit. Thanks to the soft texture, the pit is easy to remove with fingers or a small cut.
• Children & safety: When serving dates to children, use extra caution. Always remove the pit before consumption. For small children, it’s safer to split the fruit lengthwise and cut into smaller pieces.
Storage & shelf life: how to keep freshness without chemicals
Our dates are purely natural – no chemical treatment and no preservatives. We recommend:
• After delivery: Transfer dates into an airtight container and place in the refrigerator.
• Best freshness in the fridge: At +5 to +7 °C they stay in perfect condition for at least 3 months.
• Odor protection: Dates absorb surrounding aromas easily. A sealed container is essential.
• Long-term storage (up to 1 year): You can freeze them. At -18 to -20 °C they remain ideal for 12 months.
• Serving culture: For everyday use, a nice glass jar with a lid is perfect – it limits natural moisture evaporation.
