What makes Sukkari Galaxy special?
Rich sweetness: An intense honey-caramel flavor Sukkari dates are famous for. Their natural sweetness comes from a high content of glucose and fructose, making them an ideal natural energy source without added sugar.
Silky texture: Sukkari Galaxy stands out for its ultra-soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Compared to other varieties, these dates are golden and gently juicy, delivering a deeply satisfying bite every time.
Top quality grade: Galaxy is the highest quality category among Sukkari dates. Each fruit is carefully selected and hand-harvested at peak ripeness to ensure consistent taste and that signature silky texture.
Nutrient-rich: A natural source of essential vitamins and minerals—especially potassium, magnesium, iron, and zinc. With a good amount of fiber, they support digestion and provide long-lasting energy without sharp sugar spikes.
Versatile use: Perfect as a healthy snack, a natural sweetener for smoothies and desserts, or as an ingredient in your favorite recipes. Their sweetness pairs beautifully with Arabic coffee or a strong espresso. Also great for baking, oatmeal, or homemade energy bars.
Origin: Al-Qassim: These dates come from the renowned Al-Qassim region in Saudi Arabia, where the microclimate—hot desert sun and mineral-rich soils—creates ideal conditions for premium fruit. Every date reflects traditional farming methods passed down for generations.

Product origin: The heart of Arab tradition in Al-Qassim
These Sukkari Galaxy dates come from the fertile oases of Al-Qassim in central Saudi Arabia. The region is known worldwide as the “garden of dates” and is home to over 8 million palm trees. This is where the highest Sukkari grade is produced—Galaxy, the absolute top tier among Sukkari dates.
Why is Al-Qassim so special?
Ideal microclimate: A unique combination of hot desert sun and rich underground springs creates perfect ripening conditions. That’s why Sukkari Galaxy develops its signature golden color, silky texture, and clean honey-caramel taste.
Generational heritage: Our dates come from farms with a long tradition, where cultivation is a craft passed down through generations. Each Galaxy-grade fruit is the result of patient care, hand harvesting, and strict selection of only the best pieces.
Home of a world-famous date festival: Al-Qassim hosts the Buraidah Date Festival, the world’s largest date festival, selling over 300,000 tons annually. At prestigious markets and auctions, Sukkari Galaxy is among the most sought-after varieties for its remarkable taste and consistent quality.
The highest Sukkari grade: Galaxy isn’t just “regular” Sukkari—it’s the highest quality category, harvested at the ideal stage of ripeness to achieve the perfect balance of sweetness and juiciness.

Important note: pit and safety
• Naturally with the pit: Dates are delivered in their authentic, unprocessed form and each fruit contains one pit. Thanks to the soft texture, the pit can be removed easily with fingers or a small cut.
• Children and safety: Please take extra care when serving to children. Always remove the pit before eating. For small children, it’s safest to slice the date lengthwise and cut it into smaller pieces.
Storage & shelf life: how to keep freshness without chemicals
Our dates are 100% natural with no chemical treatment or preservatives. To maintain taste and texture:
• After delivery: Transfer into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
• Best freshness in the fridge: At +5 to +7 °C they stay in perfect condition for at least 3 months.
• Odor protection: Dates absorb surrounding aromas easily—airtight storage is essential.
• Long-term storage (up to 1 year): You can safely freeze them. At -18 to -20 °C they keep their quality for 12 months.
• Serving culture: For everyday use, keep dates in a beautiful glass jar with a lid—looks elegant and helps prevent drying.
